The Work Order Request form is a quick and convenient way to submit your service requests. However, you may still contact your building manager via phone or e-mail if you prefer. To submit a work order request through OfficeSelect.net, complete the Work Order Request form and click 'Submit' to send it to your company's managements for approval. When it is approved it will be forwarded to the building manager, and if it is a billable request, your building manager will contact your company for approval. Otherwise, a building engineer will be dispatched to service the request.

What are my benefits of joining OfficeSelect.net?

OfficeSelect.net is a free service to the tenants of office buildings. OfficeSelect.net provides you with the key to an online communications hub created specifically for your building's community. The building's property management will use OfficeSelect.net to provide up-to-date information and communicate to the building's tenants. However, you must register to take advantage of the site and all of its services.

To sign up, visit the Register New User section on the OfficeSelect.net web page. Type in the Building's password and click on 'Go', this will take you to the registration page. Enter a valid Email and choose your own Password. Once you have successfully completed registration you will go directly to your building's website.

Can I change my Email and Password?

Yes, you can change your Email and Password at any time, remember that you must use a valid Email address since it is used by the Building Management. Simply visit the OfficeSelect.net Home Page and located under the Personal Information POD, and click the "Change your Profile". Make the necessary changes and click on 'Go'. Your Username and Password have now been changed!


I forgot my Password? Can I still access OfficeSelect.net

No problem. OfficeSelect.net will Email you your Password in a matter of minutes. Visit the OfficeSelect.net registration page and under the Members section, click, "If you have forgotten your password, click here." Then enter your Email address and press Send reminder button. This Email must be the same as the one you entered when you registered.

If you have forgotten your Email, then you must contact the Office of the Building, to request assistance.
